Welcome to the Aeternus website. Aeternus is one of the largest independent companies in the South of the Netherlands in the field of Corporate Finance.

With over fifteen years of experience in finance, Aeternus’ team of 10 professionals offers services in the following areas:

• Merger and Acquisition Advisory, both on the sell - as on the buy side
• Corporate Finance
• Value Management

We operate regionally, nationally and internationally from our base in Venlo, the Netherlands.

Aeternus is affiliated with the Dutch Association of Register Valuators (NIRV). As a consequence Aeternus is part of a small group of specialists in the field of Business Valuation in the Netherlands.




Aeternus is also a member of the DCFA (Dutch Corporate Finance Association) and the NVP (Dutch Private Equity & Venture Capital Association).






Aeternus is associated with TiasNimbas, Tilburg University's Business School. We guide candidates during the "Business Valuation" course.





The origin of the name "Aeternus"

"Aeternus" originates from Latin and means ‘eternal’.
A business is, in theory, ‘eternal’. When an entrepreneur buys a company he or she assumes that it can be sold when he or she retires. The buyer is supposed to have the same idea.....
