Diederik Gijsbers

Diederik Gijsbers held various management positions at the Gansewinkel Group from 1992 to 2012. In 2007 onwards, he was appointed to the Board of Directors and, in the capacity of a COO, was responsible for Gansewinkel’s collection activities in the Benelux area.

After leaving Gansewinkel, he started working as an independent advisor and supervisory board member, holding a seat in the Supervisory Boards of MPR Invest (meat), GP Groot (fuels, waste and infrastructure) and DMI International BV (Data mining). In addition to these activities, Diederik holds several advisory positions in the field of management support in strategic and organisational projects.

Diederik Gijsbers studied Law in Tilburg.

Bas Maassen

Bas Maassen worked in the financial services sector for more than twenty-five years, the latter half of which he was employed at NPM Capital in Amsterdam. During this period he was closely involved in a large number of takeovers and exits. In addition to the above activities, he was engaged on behalf of NPM as a member of several Supervisory Boards, with Continental Bakeries BV, Medux BV, Vanderlande Industries BV and NPM Healthcare BV as the most recent.

He is currently working as an independent advisor, supervisory board member and director.  He is currently on the Supervisory Boards of Loon Vlees BV, Vanderlande Industries BV and NL Healthcare BV and is a director of the Dutch Royal Hockey Federation and the Netherlands Wind Ensemble.

Paul Turken

Paul Turken has twenty years of experience as a marketing and management consultant. From 1988 – 2000 he was co-owner and member of the Board of Directors of FHV/BBDO, the Netherlands’ biggest advertising agency. In this capacity he acted as a strategic advisor to companies such as Albert Heijn and Unilever. Since 2001, he has been active as a part-time consultant to management teams and a publisher of Dutch books. He is on the Supervisory Board of four mid-size companies and lectures in Marketing Management as a member of the MBA faculty of Business School Nederland.

Mr Turken studied Business Administration at the University of Delft. In 1981 he co-founded and became the co-owner of WPM, a consultancy firm specialised in turn-around management.
