As the Dutch representative of M&A WORLDWIDE we are proud to announce that our M&A Worldwide partner in Germany acted as the sole financial advisor for the buyer, Cremare Tierkrematorien GmbH, part of the international operating La Compagnie des Vétérinaires Group.
Cremare Tierkrematorien GmbH acquired 100% of the shares of ACHAT animal crematorium. The parties have agreed not to disclose the transaction value.
About Cremare Tierkrematorien GmbH
